The MOF playoff picture was solved entering Week 18, with the only thing to battle for was seeding. Last edition we saw the playoffs expand by 1 team in each conference, and now we have 6 wild-card games! Also including the extra game, we could see a champion with 20 wins in one season! That's extraordinary. With the MOF playoffs, its always a crap shoot. Just because you were dominant in the regular season, doesn't mean you will be dominant in the playoffs. Despite the unpredictability our staffers and I have sent in our picks for the playoffs! I hope you all enjoy.

Well the biggest surprise was losing the Raiders coach but getting a coach that is JUST as good. The AFC is going to be interesting. In the wild-card round, i like the Colts to beat the Chiefs because the Colts are just a dominant group, Coach Boobie has yet to have playoff success but I think he's got this one. I think the best game of the weekend will be the Browns and Jaguars, I really like Dre to come out on top, I think Healy's QB will be the downfall. The Chargers are one of the best wild-card teams we've ever seen, so I expect them to get passed the Jets. The wld-card round in the NFC, I do not see any surprises I expect all home teams to come out on top. Packers over the Rams, WFT over Seattle over Carolina.
The Divisional round in the AFC is going to be interesting. I am picking the Chargers to upset the Colts, although it's not really an upset when you look at records. The Chargers offense and defense is a bad matchup for anyone, and I expect Roc to make his 2nd straight AFC title game. The Raiders and Jaguars will be interesting as well, the new Raiders coach is about to get his first taste of MOF playoffs, and I think it will be a tough game but i like the Raiders to come out on top. The Packers and WFT will be a good game, I expect the Packers to win the game but I think Betts will give Mack all he can handle, and a late turnover will be the difference. The Panthers and 49ers will be the game of the weekend. The Panthers have been one of the hottest teams in the MOF, and his team is playing out of this world. I just think the 49ers time is coming and he will find a way to knock off the Panthers late.
The AFC title game is going to be one for the ages. These guys have yet to play head to head so we're going to be in for a treat. I expect the Raiders to come out firing, but Roc to adjust and to get to the big game 41-34. On the NFC side, we all know Witness' kryptonite is MackDaddy and I think it will be the same again this season. The Packers will win the game with a late touchdown 27-23 to advance to their 3rd straight Super Bowl.
This is going to be a great game, you have the mastermind MackDaddy going to be able to break down film on Roc from their last meeting, and I think he will make enough adjustments to stop his passing game and force Roc to pound the ball. That will slow down his offense just enough for MackDaddy to win his 3rd straight Super Bowl. 28-24.

AFC:
In the AFC, Raiders didn?t miss a beat even with a new coach that took over in the middle of the season and they took the bye with a 15-1 record. In the first Wild Card game, I believe that the Chargers will defeat the Jets in their matchup. The Jets could pull it off if their defense comes to play but I believe the Chargers defense will be just too much for the Jets to overcome. In the second Wild Card game, I have the Jaguars upsetting the Browns. The Jags have been playing some good ball down the stretch and I think it will continue this first round. In the final Wild Card game, I see the Colts playing a very close game with the Chiefs but the Colts might be too much for the Chiefs. Chiefs can put up points but so can the Colts and the Colts run game is stupid good. That will set up the Colts playing host to the Chargers in a great matchup in the AFC Divisional round. I see the Chargers pulling off the upset in this one. I just think that defense will do just enough to slow down the Colts to take the win. In the other AFC Divisional game, the Jaguars will have to travel to the Raiders. I see this game being a chess match in the first half but the Raiders pulling away in the second half of the game setting up a third meeting between the Raiders and Chargers on the season. I am a huge believer of the defense that the Chargers possess and I think they pull this one out in a close one to make the Season 64 MOF Super Bowl representing the AFC.
NFC:
In the NFC, the Niners take the top spot earning the week one bye. In the first Wild Card matchup, we have the Bears going into Carolina. These two teams just played in Week 18 and the Panthers had their way in that matchup but I think this game will be a lot closer but I see the Panthers squeaking by the Bears for the second season in a row. In the 2nd Wild Card matchup, I see the Football Team also squeaking by an up and coming Seahawks team in a close one. Washington has not been playing their best ball but it?s the playoffs and they have a bad taste in their mouth from last year. In the final Wild Card game, I see the Packers having their way with the Rams unless the Rams catch a lot of breaks? But I don?t see that happening against a very hot Packers team. The result of this game will pit the Packers against the Football Team again in the playoffs. The Packers are extremely hot and they have the front seven that can stop Gibson and the run game of Washington and that will be the difference in this one as the Packers top the Football Team. In the other divisional game, the Panthers will head to Cali to face the Niners. Niners have had their way with the Panthers this edition and it will not change in this one. If the Panthers don?t turn the ball over, this could be a close matchup. The NFC Championship game will pit the Packers against the Niners and I think home field will be the difference in this one and the Niners will top the Packers in a close one that will come down to the final possession.
Season 64 MOF Super Bowl will have the Niners of San Francisco versus the Chargers of LA. I have the Niners getting the win in the Big Game 34-24 in the battle of California!!!!
