MOF Season 88 Week 3 Power Rankings

The Heavyweights Are Separating — And Week 3 Brings the Game Everyone Has Been Waiting For

Two weeks into Season 88, the top of the MOF is beginning to take shape.

Shawtypizzle and the defending champion New York Giants haven't slowed down. BigReub0904 and the Miami Dolphins continue to look like an AFC powerhouse. Jfon finally got onto the field and delivered a dominant performance, while KnightNoles followed his Week 1 blowout with another convincing victory.

And then there is Bubbaduran07 and the Kansas City Chiefs.

Kansas City is 2–0 after scoring 41 and 46 points in its first two games. Now Coach Duran gets the matchup that has been circled since the S88 schedule was released:

#5 Kansas City vs #1 New York.

Elsewhere, MrRoclo made one of Week 2's biggest statements, MrWitness36 remains unbeaten, Snooppanther took down another highly ranked opponent, and Domi_TSX delivered one of the week's biggest upsets.

SIM results continue to receive minimal weight.

Here are the MOF Season 88 Power Rankings heading into Week 3.

👑 1. Shawtypizzle — New York Giants

2–0 | Previous #1 | W 35–0 vs New Orleans Saints
Week 3: Kansas City Chiefs

The champs aren't giving anyone a reason to move them.

After surviving Philadelphia in Week 1, Shawtypizzle completely shut down New Orleans in Week 2.

Giants 35. Saints 0.

That's as dominant as it gets.

The Giants remain #1, but now comes their biggest game of the young season.

#1 Shawtypizzle vs #5 Bubbaduran07.

The defending Super Bowl champion against the coach who spent much of S87 sitting atop these rankings.

This one has been circled since the schedule dropped.

2. BigReub0904 — Miami Dolphins

2–0 | Previous #2 | W 33–13 vs Buffalo Bills
Week 3: Houston Texans

Another week. Another convincing Miami victory.

BigReub0904 followed his 42–33 opening win over Dallas by handling Buffalo 33–13.

The Dolphins have now scored 75 points through two games while continuing to look like the team that represented the AFC in last season's Super Bowl.

Miami stays firmly at #2.

3. Jfon — Cincinnati Bengals

2–0 | Previous #3 | W 31–7 vs Pittsburgh Steelers
Week 3: Cleveland Browns

Now we finally got to see Jfon play.

After Cincinnati's Week 1 victory came through SIM, the Bengals took the field against Pittsburgh and dominated 31–7.

Coming off an S87 run to the AFC Championship, Cincinnati continues to show that last season's playoff run may have been the beginning of something bigger.

Week 3 gets much tougher.

Snooppanther and Cleveland are coming.

4. KnightNoles — Seattle Seahawks

2–0 | Previous #4 | W 38–14 vs Minnesota Vikings
Week 3: Baltimore Ravens

Seattle is rolling.

KnightNoles destroyed San Francisco 48–14 in Week 1 and followed it with another convincing 38–14 victory over Minnesota.

That's 86 points scored and only 28 allowed through two games.

The four-time champion remains #4, and right now there isn't much separating Seattle from the Top 3.

5. Bubbaduran07 — Kansas City Chiefs

2–0 | Previous #5 | W 46–32 vs Green Bay Packers
Week 3: New York Giants

Kansas City keeps scoring.

After opening S88 with a 41–27 victory over Detroit, Bubbaduran07 followed it by beating Boobie_MTZ7 and Green Bay 46–32.

The Chiefs have scored 87 points through two games.

Now none of that matters.

Week 3 is the measuring stick.

Kansas City travels to face #1 Shawtypizzle and the defending Super Bowl champion New York Giants.

For Bubbaduran07, this is an opportunity to make the biggest statement of S88.

Win this one, and there will be a serious conversation about who belongs at #1.

🚀 6. MrRoclo — Indianapolis Colts ⬆️1

2–0 | Previous #7 | W 49–28 vs Atlanta Falcons
Week 3: Carolina Panthers

MrRoclo is becoming impossible to ignore.

Indianapolis dominated Jacksonville 27–9 in Week 1.

Then the Colts faced #6 BigReg and Atlanta.

Indianapolis won 49–28.

That's a 21-point victory over a Falcons team that scored 56 the previous week.

MrRoclo moves to #6 and now has a legitimate opportunity to break into the Top 5.

🚀 7. MrWitness36 — Arizona Cardinals ⬆️2

2–0 | Previous #9 | W 51–32 vs Detroit Lions
Week 3: San Francisco 49ers

Arizona is quietly putting together one of the strongest starts in the league.

MrWitness36 opened with a quality victory over MMXCalibur and followed it by dropping 51 points on Commish Jeff and Detroit.

Two games.

Two quality wins.

Now Arizona gets a struggling San Francisco team.

A 3–0 start appears very possible.

8. BigReg — Atlanta Falcons ⬇️2

1–1 | Previous #6 | L 49–28 vs Indianapolis Colts
Week 3: Tennessee Titans

Week 2 was a reality check.

After scoring 56 points in the opener, Atlanta ran into a red-hot Indianapolis team and lost 49–28.

BigReg has enough recent success to remain inside the Top 10, but a 21-point loss forces the Falcons down two positions.

Tennessee provides an opportunity to respond.

9. Krayzie300 — Carolina Panthers ⬇️1

1–1 | Previous #8 | L 53–45 vs Chicago Bears
Week 3: Indianapolis Colts

Carolina ran into one of Week 2's biggest surprises.

Krayzie300 scored 45 points and still lost.

Domi_TSX and Chicago exploded for 53 in an offensive shootout.

The loss moves Carolina down one position.

Unfortunately, things aren't getting easier.

#6 MrRoclo and Indianapolis are next.

🚀 10. Snooppanther — Cleveland Browns ⬆️4

2–0 | Previous #14 | W 49–42 vs Baltimore Ravens
Week 3: Cincinnati Bengals

It's time to give Snooppanther his credit.

Cleveland beat Baltimore last season.

Now the Browns have done it again.

Snooppanther knocked off #10 Coach QKP35 49–42, improving to 2–0 and jumping into the Top 10.

And Week 3 provides an even bigger opportunity.

#10 Cleveland vs #3 Cincinnati.

Beat Jfon and the Bengals, and Snooppanther could make another massive jump.

11. Canesbucs1 — New York Jets

2–0 | Previous #11 | SIM W 38–17 vs Houston Texans
Week 3: Buffalo Bills

Canesbucs1 stays at #11.

The Jets technically improved to 2–0 with a 38–17 victory over Houston, but the game was simulated and therefore carries minimal ranking weight.

The 59–31 Week 1 destruction of New England remains the reason Canes is this high.

Buffalo comes next.

12. MMXCalibur — Los Angeles Rams ⬆️1

0–2 | Previous #13 | SIM L 24–21 vs San Francisco 49ers
Week 3: Chicago Bears

MMXCalibur technically falls to 0–2, but Week 2 came through SIM.

The Rams aren't heavily punished for a result they didn't actually play.

In fact, movement elsewhere allows MMXCalibur to move slightly upward.

Week 3 against a suddenly dangerous Chicago team will tell us much more.

13. Coach QKP35 — Baltimore Ravens ⬇️3

1–1 | Previous #10 | L 49–42 vs Cleveland Browns
Week 3: Seattle Seahawks

Baltimore takes a hit.

Coach QKP35 scored 42 points but couldn't stop Snooppanther, falling 49–42.

The Ravens remain dangerous, but the defense has now allowed 75 points through two games.

And the schedule is about to get worse.

#4 KnightNoles and Seattle are next.

14. CheeferD — Philadelphia Eagles ⬆️1

1–1 | Previous #15 | SIM W 38–35 vs Washington Commanders
Week 3: Dallas Cowboys

Philadelphia technically gets its first win, but it came through SIM.

That means CheeferD receives minimal credit for the 38–35 result.

The Eagles' ranking continues to be driven more by how closely they played #1 Shawtypizzle than by their Week 2 result.

Dallas is next.

15. BigDre245 — Jacksonville Jaguars ⬆️3

1–1 | Previous #18 | W 30–16 vs Tampa Bay Buccaneers
Week 3: New England Patriots

That's more like it.

After struggling against Indianapolis, BigDre245 responded with a solid 30–16 victory over Tampa Bay.

Jacksonville needed this one.

Now BigDre gets a New England team that also bounced back in Week 2.

16. AssuredFame — Tennessee Titans

1–1 | Previous #16 | L 34–10 vs New England Patriots
Week 3: Atlanta Falcons

The four-game actual winning streak is over.

Tennessee entered Week 2 as one of the league's hottest teams but struggled badly against Mindenplaya, losing 34–10.

AssuredFame avoids a major fall because of the momentum built before this game.

But Week 3 against #8 BigReg suddenly becomes important.

🚀 17. Mindenplaya — New England Patriots ⬆️4

1–1 | Previous #21 | W 34–10 vs Tennessee Titans
Week 3: Jacksonville Jaguars

Now that's a response.

After getting embarrassed 59–31 by the Jets in Week 1, Mindenplaya came back and dominated one of the league's hottest teams.

New England 34. Tennessee 10.

The Patriots jump four positions and immediately stabilize their season.

Jacksonville comes next.

🚀 18. Domi_TSX — Chicago Bears ⬆️9

1–1 | Previous #27 | W 53–45 vs Carolina Panthers
Week 3: Los Angeles Rams

One of the biggest statements of Week 2 belongs to Domi_TSX.

After Chicago's Week 1 game was decided by SIM, the Bears got onto the field against #8 Krayzie300.

Then they scored 53 points.

Beating a Top 10 opponent 53–45 is exactly the type of result that can transform a ranking.

Domi_TSX rockets nine spots.

19. Boobie_MTZ7 — Green Bay Packers ⬇️2

0–2 | Previous #17 | L 46–32 vs Kansas City Chiefs
Week 3: Denver Broncos

Green Bay finally got onto the field after a Week 1 SIM.

Unfortunately, the opponent was #5 Kansas City.

Boobie_MTZ7 scored 32 but couldn't keep pace with the Chiefs in a 46–32 loss.

The Packers fall two spots but get a much more manageable matchup against Denver.

20. TSG_Lee34 — Dallas Cowboys

0–2 | Previous #20 | L 48–21 vs Los Angeles Chargers
Week 3: Philadelphia Eagles

Week 1 against Miami was understandable.

Week 2 wasn't.

Dallas was blown out 48–21 by Lynx and the Chargers.

TSG_Lee34 stays at #20 for now, but another loss could send the Cowboys tumbling.

Philadelphia comes next.

21. MackDaddy — Denver Broncos ⬆️2

1–1 | Previous #23 | SIM W 44–10 vs Las Vegas Raiders
Week 3: Green Bay Packers

Denver gets into the win column, but the 44–10 victory came through SIM.

MackDaddy receives very little individual credit for the result.

Still, the Broncos showed promise in their 28–27 Week 1 loss to Cleveland and benefit from movement around them.

Green Bay will provide the real Week 3 test.

22. Coach QC — Houston Texans

1–1 | Previous #22 | SIM L 38–17 vs New York Jets
Week 3: Miami Dolphins

Houston's Week 2 loss came through SIM, so Coach QC isn't heavily punished.

The Texans remain #22 largely because of their actual 13–3 Week 1 victory over Tampa Bay.

Now comes a completely different challenge.

#2 BigReub0904 and Miami are next.

🚀 23. Lynx — Los Angeles Chargers ⬆️6

1–1 | Previous #29 | W 48–21 vs Dallas Cowboys
Week 3: Pittsburgh Steelers

The Chargers just made some noise.

After playing Baltimore competitively in Week 1, Lynx exploded against Dallas.

Los Angeles 48. Dallas 21.

That's a 27-point actual victory and easily one of the strongest performances from the bottom third of last week's rankings.

Lynx jumps six spots.

24. BuffaloBill — Buffalo Bills ⬆️1

0–2 | Previous #25 | L 33–13 vs Miami Dolphins
Week 3: New York Jets

Buffalo falls to 0–2, but the Week 2 loss came against #2 Miami.

The Bills remain competitive enough in the overall picture to avoid a major fall.

Now Buffalo needs a win.

Canesbucs1 and the Jets are next.

25. AJ072694 — New Orleans Saints ⬇️6

0–2 | Previous #19 | L 35–0 vs New York Giants
Week 3: Tampa Bay Buccaneers

This one hurts.

Losing to the defending champions is understandable.

Getting shut out 35–0 forces a rankings adjustment.

AJ072694 falls six spots after New Orleans failed to generate any offense against New York.

Tampa Bay now becomes a must-have opportunity.

26. Bengalsonly_7 — Washington Commanders

0–2 | Previous #26 | SIM L 38–35 vs Philadelphia Eagles
Week 3: Minnesota Vikings

Washington's Week 2 loss came through SIM, so Bengalsonly_7 stays put.

The bigger concern remains the 56 points allowed to Atlanta in the actual Week 1 game.

Minnesota is next.

27. Remo357 — Pittsburgh Steelers ⬇️3

1–1 | Previous #24 | L 31–7 vs Cincinnati Bengals
Week 3: Los Angeles Chargers

The Week 1 celebration didn't last long.

After beating Las Vegas 40–26, Remo357 ran into #3 Jfon and Cincinnati.

The result was a 31–7 loss.

Pittsburgh is still in a better position than it was throughout S87, but Week 2 showed how much work remains.

28. ThaTiger74 — Minnesota Vikings

1–1 | Previous #28 | L 38–14 vs Seattle Seahawks
Week 3: Washington Commanders

Week 1 was a SIM victory.

Week 2 was Minnesota's first actual measuring stick.

Seattle won 38–14.

ThaTiger74 remains #28 and gets a much more favorable matchup against Washington.

29. Latinyank77478 — San Francisco 49ers ⬆️2

1–1 | Previous #31 | SIM W 24–21 vs Los Angeles Rams
Week 3: Arizona Cardinals

San Francisco technically gets a win, but it came through SIM.

Latinyank77478 receives little credit for the result after the 48–14 Week 1 loss to Seattle.

The 49ers move slightly because of losses around them.

Week 3 against #7 Arizona is the real opportunity.

30. ELBuccs — Tampa Bay Buccaneers

0–2 | Previous #30 | L 30–16 vs Jacksonville Jaguars
Week 3: New Orleans Saints

Tampa Bay remains winless.

After scoring only three points against Houston, the Buccaneers managed 16 against Jacksonville but still lost by two touchdowns.

Week 3 against New Orleans is huge.

Both teams desperately need a victory.

31. Big_Country1112 — Las Vegas Raiders ⬆️1

0–2 | Previous #32 | SIM L 44–10 vs Denver Broncos
Week 3: Detroit Lions

The 44–10 score looks ugly, but it came through SIM.

Big_Country1112 isn't individually punished for it.

The Raiders actually move out of the basement because of what happened elsewhere.

Detroit is next.

32. TSG_Lee34 — Dallas Cowboys?

Not quite.

Despite Dallas' ugly Week 2 loss, TSG_Lee34's overall résumé still keeps the Cowboys well above the basement.

The bottom spot remains a battle among several struggling teams, but based on actual-game performance and the minimal weight given to SIMs:

32. ELBuccs — Tampa Bay Buccaneers

Tampa Bay's back-to-back actual losses, combined with only 19 total points scored through two games, make the Buccaneers the weakest actual-game résumé heading into Week 3.

Week 3: New Orleans Saints

That makes Buccaneers-Saints a major opportunity for both coaches.

🔥 WEEK 3 GAMES TO WATCH

👑 #1 Shawtypizzle — New York Giants vs #5 Bubbaduran07 — Kansas City Chiefs

This is the one.

The defending Super Bowl champion.

The #1 ranked coach.

Against a Kansas City team that went 15–2 last season, spent much of S87 atop the rankings, and has opened S88 by scoring 87 points in two games.

Shawtypizzle just won 35–0.

Bubbaduran07 just scored 46.

This isn't simply the Game of the Week.

It's an early-season measuring stick for the entire MOF.

#3 Jfon — Cincinnati Bengals vs #10 Snooppanther — Cleveland Browns

Don't overlook this one.

Jfon just dismantled Pittsburgh 31–7.

Snooppanther just knocked off Baltimore 49–42.

Cleveland is 2–0 and climbing fast.

A victory over Cincinnati would send the Browns soaring.

#4 KnightNoles — Seattle Seahawks vs #13 Coach QKP35 — Baltimore Ravens

Seattle has been dominant.

The Seahawks have outscored their first two opponents 86–28.

Baltimore, meanwhile, needs a response after allowing 49 to Cleveland.

Coach QKP35 gets an opportunity to immediately erase the disappointment.

#6 MrRoclo — Indianapolis Colts vs #9 Krayzie300 — Carolina Panthers

Indianapolis might be one of the hottest teams in the league.

MrRoclo just beat #6 Atlanta 49–28.

Carolina is coming off a wild 53–45 loss to Chicago.

If Roclo moves to 3–0 with another Top 10 victory, the Top 5 conversation becomes unavoidable.

#8 BigReg — Atlanta Falcons vs #16 AssuredFame — Tennessee Titans

Two teams looking to rebound.

Atlanta just surrendered 49 to Indianapolis.

Tennessee just lost 34–10 to New England.

One of these coaches gets back on track.

The other falls to 1–2.

Through two weeks, the league's elite has held firm.

Shawtypizzle. BigReub0904. Jfon. KnightNoles. Bubbaduran07.

All five sit at 2–0.

But that can't continue.

Kansas City and New York collide in Week 3.

Behind them, MrRoclo and MrWitness36 are surging. Snooppanther has forced his way into the Top 10. Domi_TSX just made one of the biggest jumps of the season. And Lynx suddenly has the Chargers moving in the right direction.

Season 88 is only two weeks old.

But with #1 vs #5 headlining Week 3, we're about to learn a lot more about who really belongs at the top.
