SEASON 33 - SEASON PREDICTIONS

Welcome once again ladies and gentlemen to the annual MOF Season predictions. This is the third season of Madden '15 and we're all extremely excited!! We were able to conduct a pretty accurate set of predictions based on previous seasons and team ratings.

The Season 33 draft was an absolute success again! The draft started Sunday at about 3pm and ended Monday around 5pm. You guys have shown that we can complete a draft with zero notice, in 24 hours. Very nice job.

So Season 32 ended on Friday with Brad Devito winning his 2nd Super Bowl. He last won back in Season 11, so 21 seasons separate his two titles. Very impressive. With some new rules in place, and some new coaches, we're ready to begin Season 33. So let's get the predictions underway!

AFC EAST
Buffalo Bills
Season 33 Coach: MMXcalibur (Previous Season - Season 32: Indianapolis Colts (8-8)
Season 32 Team Result: 12-4 (Coach Beast10790)

It's extremely odd not to see Coach Beast with the Buffalo Bills. Instead this season we see MMX grab the reigns of Ralph Wilson stadium's boys. The defense of the Buffalo Bills is their strong point, that's obvious. Their offense is nothing like the Colts that MMX coached last season so he will struggle in that category. CJ Spiller will be a dominant player this season, as MMX will have to stick to running the football with a weak QB. I expect the Bills to compete, but I think the division might be a pipe dream. Especially if he can only win 8 games with the Colts.

Miami Dolphins
Season 33
Coach Jnice2319  - (Previous Season - Season 32: Washington Redskins (6-10)
Season 32 Team Result: 9-7 (Coach Qpeezy35)

Coach Jnice is back with Miami after a 1 season hiatus. Season 31 Jnice took the Miami Dolphins to a 10-6 record and won a playoff game. He seems to fit very nice here in South Florida, especially with the talent that Mike Wallace has. Jnice has Commish Jeff's number, and that's no surprise. So that had to factor into his decision to come back to Miami. With the lack of running attack, I expect Miami to fling the ball around alot, and that will make him a dangerous competitor. This season. I expect him to battle and claw for the division, but i'm not sure if they have enough firepower to compete.

New England Patriots
Season 33
Coach Commish Jeff (Previous Season - Season 32: Pittsburgh Steelers (8-8)
Season 32 Team Result: 8-8 (Coach Raydar)

Commish Jeff has decided to go back to the New England Patriots after a few seasons absent. He went (14-2) last time he was here and lost in the AFC Championship. There's no question that Commish had a successful 2nd half with the Steelers after starting (2-6) last season. I think he can ride that momentum into Boston. The Patriots are a team that can play man defense, something that the Commish likes to do. With that defense, the upgrades of Edelman and Blount, the Commish should be the favorite to win the division.

New York Jets
Season 33
Coach Littrell (Previous Season - Season 21: Pittsburgh Steelers (10-6)
Season 32 Team Result: 5-11 (Coach MrRoclo)

The Jets welcome back a familar face to the MOF. Coach Littrell. He has been out for 11 seasons, the last time he was here he took the Steelers to a 10-6 record. Littrell has a super bowl title under his belt, so he knows how to win, no question. However he's been away from the MOF for a long time and that combined with having the Jets, equals a disaster. I think he is in for a rough start, maybe even a rough season all together. It might take a number of games for Littrell to get the Jets under control, and by then i think it might be too late..

FINAL ANALYSIS: AFC EAST
I think this is the Patriots division to lose. Combined with the talent of the team, they are the top ranked team in the game, and Commish's user skills, I think turnovers will be a plenty for the defense of the Pats. The Bills and Dolphins i believe will compete for 2nd place, giving Miami the edge a little bit. The Jets will be the team occupying last place and the basement.

AFC NORTH
Baltimore Ravens
Season 33 Coach: IGotASxyWife (Previous Season - Season 32: Baltimore Ravens (12-4)
Season 32 Team Result: 12-4 (Coach IGotASxyWife)

Coach IGSW is back with Baltimore. Last season was a wonderful one for IGSW who was literally one play away from winning a Super Bowl, but his RB fumbled with less than a minute left deep into Giants territory. A heartbreaking loss that made him want to come back to Baltimore to finish what he started. Ron won Season 30's Super Bowl with Kansas City, so this edition of the game is his strong suit. With arguably the best offensive line in the game, IGSW has to be one of the favorites coming out of the AFC this season.

Cincinnati Bengals
Season 33 Coach: TeamKA (Previous Season - Season 32: Detroit Lions (10-6)
Season 32 Team Result: 9-7 (Coach Ukcat98)

TeamKA makes his triumphant return to the AFC. Last season TeamKA won 10 games with the Lions, but that wasn't good enough to make the playoffs in the NFC. However, if he went 10-6 in the AFC then he would have easily been a wild-card. So KA decided to saddle up in Cincinnati. Andy Dalton and AJ Green make one hell of a combination, and Jeremy Hill and Giovani Bernard make one of the best runningback tandems in the league. The defense of the Bengals is also underrated, so expect TeamKA to have success here  in Cincinnati.

Cleveland Browns
Season 33 Coach: Woody_08 (Previous Season - Season 32: Tennessee Titans (3-13)
Season 32 Team Result: 11-5 (Coach Pettigrew95)

Coach Woody has landed a very good team in the Browns this season. Season 32 wasn't very kind to good ole' Woody as he went 3-13 with the Titans. But now he has time and a better team in the Browns. Of course he's in one juggernaut of a division this season, so things will be very tough once again. I believe Woody is going to have a hard time deciding who to start at QB, Hoyer or Manziel. Once he figures that out and gets comfortable with a QB then I think he can pull some upsets. But overall the upside of the Browns this season, will not be very high.

Pittsburgh Steelers
Season 33 Coach: BigDre245 (Previous Season - Season 32: Seattle Seahawks (14-2)
Season 32 Team Result: 8-8 (Coach Commish Jeff)

BigDre had an excellent season with the Seahawks in Season 32, winning 14 games. However it's all but forgotten as he was one and done once again in the playoffs. Dre has alot to prove this season, as he looks to remove that "one and done" tagline off his MO. The Steelers provide everything you need in a team when you are playing Madden. They have themselves a great QB, a great RB, and a great WR. The toughness of Bell and speed of Antonio Brown will have all his opponents on their heels, and i expect the Steelers to be right there when it's all said and done.

FINAL ANALYSIS: AFC NORTH
This division is going to be interesting. I believe there are three tiers in this division. The top tier which includes the Ravens and Steelers. The mid tier who includes the Bengals, and the bottom tier includes the Browns and Woody. The head to head games between the Steelers and Ravens will determine the division winner and the loser will be the 5th seed in the AFC. The Bengals will need to dig deep to contend, and the Browns really have no shot unless Ron and Dre get hit by a bus.

AFC SOUTH
Houston Oilers
Season 33 Coach: MrRoclo (Previous Season - 32: New York Jets (5-11)
Season 32 Team Result: 3-13 (Coach Woody_08)

The Oilers, is what they will be called in Season 33, but they are actually the Titans in the game. Either way, these guys have a pretty poor team when you break it down. A below average QB, RB, and no real threats at WR make this team not very enjoyable to play with. Enter Coach MrRoclo. Roc made his return to the MOF last season with the Jets and went 5-11. Hard to believe, but the Oilers are worse than the Jets, but the good news is that they are in an easier division. Also, another note, the Titans are MrRoclo's team, if that helps.

Houston Texans
Season 33 Coach: Trigrdan (Previous Season - Season 32: Chicago Bears (11-5)
Season 32 Team Result: 4-12 (Coach Stormdownburst)

Coach Trig won the NFC North last season with the Bears, going 11-5 and making it to the NFC Championship. He was stopped by the surging Giants, but Trig had a very successful season. This season he laces up his cleats in Houston, as the very underrated Texans. The teams only weakness is at Quarterback, which is a very big weakness. However, Trig had alot of success with the Bears last season, and their QBs are just as bad. Arian Foster, and that defense will give him a slight edge in the division over the rest of the teams .

Indianapolis Colts
Season 33 Coach: Hovadagod_23 (Previous Season - Season 32: Arizona Cardinals (4-12)
Season 32 Team Result: 8-8 (Coach MMXcalibur)

Coach Hovadagod went 4-12 last season with the Cardinals. There's no question that the Colts are a much better offense than the Cardinals, however defensively the Cardinals probably have the edge. Hova is going to have to improve his overall skill level to compete with Trig in this division, but the skill level of the Colts is better than the Texans, so let's see if he can cloes the gap that way. The RB situation will be a tough one to deal with, Boom Herron had some updates no doubt about it and Bradshaw is a good option as well. He will have to use both to get the production he wants.

Jacksonville Jaguars
Season 33 Coach: CheeferD (Previous Season - 32: Green Bay Packers (10-4)
Season 32 Team Result: 5-11 (Coach Dagger27)

Coach Cheefer had an abrupt end with the Packers, but went 10-4 and was on track to make the playoffs. Unfortunately that's not how last season ended. Cheefer is back this season though and ready for the fresh start. The only problem is he has the Jaguars. Cheefer is a great coach, always has been and always will be, he can make most teams look very good. The Jags have some upside as Blake Bortles isn't that bad of a QB. Denard Robinson has the quickness at RB, and their defense really isn't that bad. I think the Jags have a shot to surprise people.

FINAL ANALYSIS: AFC SOUTH
This is probably the weakest division in the game, bar none. The lack of QB talent, and RB talent is astonishing. Trig and Cheefer are the two blue chip coaches here, and don't be surprised if they both battle for the division crown. I give the edge to the Texans, overall they are a better team. The Jaguars will be around .500 and possibly will fight for a wild-card. The Oilers and Colts will be your bottom two teams, both battling for 3rd place.

AFC WEST
Denver Broncos
Season 33 Coach: LeetPenith (Previous Season - Season 32: Tampa Bay Buccaneers (12-4)
Season 32 Team Result: 13-3 (Coach Canesbucs1)

The thought of Leet and the Broncos together is just scary. The last two seasons Leet won 12 games with the awful Bucs so just imagine what he can do here in Denver. The professor, yes that's his new nickname, is going to have one of the best seasons an MOF coach has had here in a while,  you can take that to the bank. I don't have to list all the great players on this team, because i can go on forever. But the emergence of their running back CJ Anderson will just another dimension to Leet's already excellent game style, watch out.

Kansas City Chiefs
Season 33 Coach: Dpanther95 (Previous Season - Season 32: Dallas Cowboys (5-11)
Season 32 Team Result: 10-6 (Coach NYRedskins35/Enzo)

Coach Betts and Enzo took the Chiefs to a combined 10-6 record last season, but unfortunately they were disqualified for the post-season. Jamaal Charles still won the RB of the year award though, and he looks to have a back to back performance under Dpanther. Coach Dpanther decides to go a different route this season, and goes to the AFC West. The Chiefs are a very good team. Solid QB, great RB, and playmakers on defense. The problem is the division is stacked up top with Leet and Qpeezy. So lets see what Dpanther can do.

Los Angeles Raiders
Season 33 Coach: CantyT1 *Rookie*
Season 32 Team Result: 7-9 (Coach Mellomoney93)

Not much is known about rookie CantyT1 but yet again the Raiders have a rookie coach. The Raiders will be known as the Los Angeles Raiders in our throwback season, no longer Oakland. Maybe that will give them some luck? Canty is in a division with some MOF veterans and very good ones at that, so expectations will be very low for the Raiders. Derek Carr though has a huge upside, and they have some good backs in McFadden, Murray, and MJD. So if they can keep the ball away from their divisional opponents, they could surprise some.

San Diego Chargers
Season 33 Coach: Qpeezy35 (Previous Season - Season 32: Miami Dolphins (9-7)
Season 32 Team Result: 4-12 (Coach Combatcook84/Dagger_SUB)

Those Funky Chargers. Qpeezy couldn't stay away. Last season was a disappointing one for Q as he went 9-7 with the Miami Dolphins. A tough loss to the Bengals kept him out of the post-season but he had some success with Miami. A team he is more familiar with are the San Diego Chargers. He is a few seasons removed from having a very impressive season with these guys. For whatever reason they are never a sexy pick in the MOF, but always are a solid team. Solid defense, and offense. These guys will battle for a playoff spot this season.

FINAL ANALYSIS: AFC WEST
This will be a two team race. The Broncos and Chargers. The edge im giving to Denver, and Leet's Broncos. The Broncos are just too good in this game. I do expect Q to give him two nice fights though and if he can win one of those, you never know what can happen. I expect the Chargers to get into the playoffs as well. The Chiefs will be a tad better than the Raiders but these two teams are just feeding to Denver and San Diego.

NFC EAST
Dallas Cowboys
Season 33 Coach: Dagger27 (Previous Season - Season 32: Jacksonville Jaguars (5-11)
Season 32 Team Result: 5-11 (Coach Dpanther95)

After two seasons with Dpanther at the helm, the Dallas Cowboys have made the change and hired Dagger. Dagger has been a staple of the MOF for the past few seasons, and he's turning into one of the most solid coaches when it comes to activity in the league. When it comes to performance, he has yet to crack into the top tier of the league. However, coaching the Dallas Cowboys should put him right on par to do something special this season. He is in probably the toughest division in the MOF, so he's going to have to dig deep to get there.

New York Giants
Season 33 Coach: BradDevito (Previous Season - Season 32: New York Giants (10-6) *CURRENT CHAMPION*
Season 32 Team Result: 10-6 (Coach BradDevito)

LADIES AND GENTLEMEN THE CHAMP... IS.... HERE!!!!! DeVito took it down town Julie Brown last season, beating Ron's Ravens on the last play of the game, stripping Forsett at the goalline and winning the game. The most intense Super Bowl in MOF history bar none. He has decided to defend his title with these G-Men but the kicker is he can no longer use the Pistol formation. Will that hurt him? I don't know. He will still be right there at the end, the problem is the division is going to be killer. A tough loss here or there and he could miss the playoffs all together.

Philadelphia Eagles
Season 33 Coach: Uccbrett (Previous Season - Season 32: Carolina Panthers (12-4)
Season 32 Team Result: 2-14 (Coach Trevpap)

Brett makes his triumphant return to the NFC East. The Eagles had a poor season 32 under Coach Trev, winning just 2 games. However with Brett now at the helm, these guys instantly become a contender. Brett went 12-4 last season with the Panthers, and was knocked out in wild-card round by the eventual champion Giants. Brett decided to jump into the champs division and give him some payback. This will be the last time Brett will have the luxury of LeSean McCoy as he was traded to the Bills for Madden '16, so make the best of it!

Washington Redskins
Season 33 Coach: NYRedskins35 (Previous Season - Season 32: Kansas City Chiefs (6-5)
Season 32 Team Result: 6-10 (Coach Jnice2319)

The Redskins and Coach Betts are back together again. Last season the Redskins stumbled out of the gate, and expectations were lost as Jnice finished 6-10. Betts had a tough season as well, leaving the Chiefs after going 6-5 and have over 2100 yards rushing with Charles. He was on pace to break the MOF rushing record too. Clean slate this season, in a juggernaut of a division. So things will not be as easy as usual for Coach Betts. Is he losing his strangle hold over the MOF? We're not sure, but Betts is still the champ of the MOF with 4 Super Bowl Titles #kisstherings.

FINAL ANALYSIS: NFC EAST
Best division in the MOF, hands down. The thing is, i think one of these teams is going to miss the playoffs out of the Eagles, Giants, and Redskins. I think the most sure thing is the Eagles. Brett and that offense is going to do some serious damage. So it comes down to the Giants and Redskins for me. I think the head to head games will obviously be the kicker, but i give the edge to the champ. The Cowboys are in the wrong place at the wrong time this season.

NFC NORTH
Chicago Bears
Season 33 Coach: Enzo (Previous Season - Season 32: Kansas City Chiefs (4-1)
Season 32 Team Result: 11-5 (Coach Trigrdan)

Coach Enzo took over the Chiefs last season and went (3-1) had 1 sim win, but did pretty well with these guys. He looks to continue his success this season, in a full clean slate type of season with the MOF's most storied franchise, the Chicago Bears. The Bears won their 30th and 31st playoff game all-time, which is pretty amazing since this is our 33rd season. So they've almost averaged 1 playoff win per season. Can Enzo live up to the hype? There's no question that the QB situation is ugly in Chicago, so he will have to overcome that to compete.

Detroit Lions
Season 33 Coach: Canesbucs1 (Previous Season - Season 32: Denver Broncos (13-3)
Season 32 Team Result: 10-6 (Coach TeamKA)

The Lions welcome Coach Canesbucs to the team this season. Last season the Lions went 10-6 under TeamKA and couldn't find a spot in the snug NFC playoffs. Canes took the Broncos to the #1 seed last season, but couldn't get passed the divisional round as he was beat by Pettigrew's Browns. That definitely left a sour taste in Canes' mouth as he looks forward to this season. Calvin Johnson is a beast, no doubt about that. He should have himself an MVP type season with Canes coaching. The run game is a bit of a question mark, but i'm sure Canes will make it work.

Green Bay Packers
Season 33 Coach: Stormdownburst (Previous Season - Season 32: Houston Texans (4-12)
Season 32 Team Result: 10-6 (Coach CheeferD/Stormdownburst_SUB)

FINALLY, the moment we've all been waiting for. Coach Stormdownburst is in Green Bay. He's been eyeing his team for a few seasons now, but never could get them. This season, he finally has them. Last season he had a taste subbing in for Cheefer has he had to abruptly leave, and he lost 1 game and another was simmed. But having a full season with one of the best teams in the game will be very fulfilling for our boy Storm. Now will he have success? He is a tough division, so it won't be easy. However when you have your favorite team, things change.

Minnesota Vikings
Season 33 Coach: Krayzie300 (Previous Season - Season 32: Minnesota Vikings (11-5)
Season 32 Team Result: 11-5 (Coach Krayzie300)

Krayzie finally made the post-season in Season 32 with the Vikings. He finished 11-5 and still almost wasn't good enough to get in! He suffered a terrible wild-card round loss to the Bears 41-7 but at least he got there! This season he needs to take the next step and get to the 2nd round of the playoffs. It will be a daunting task since he has Canes and the new found Storm in his division, along with a surging Enzo. However, Krayzie found his niche with these guys and i think he is in for a pretty good season, his record might not reflect that, but i still hope he has a good season.

FINAL ANALYSIS: NFC NORTH
This division is interesting to me. My heart says Packers and Vikings, but my head says Detroit all day. Canes is a hall of famer for a reason, and he'll show why this season. The Packers, Bears, and Vikings will be battling for 2nd place all season and possibly the winner of the 2nd place prize might get into a wild-card situation, but it will be a long shot. If they want in on the playoffs, they'll have to win the division.

NFC SOUTH
Atlanta Falcons
Season 33 Coach: JNieves54 *Rookie*
Season 32 Team Result: 3-13 (Coach Classo1999)

Coach Classo had a tough season 32 with the Falcons as he went 3-13. Rookie JNieves hopes to have a little better success with these guys in his first season. Of course being a rookie you have to earn your respect around here, so we don't expect the Falcons to do much, especially with the Panthers and Saints in this division. Matt Ryan definitely has the talent to win games by himself, with Julio Jones. That defense needs some help though, and I think that will become a fast problem for the rookie early. Good luck anyway!

Carolina Panthers
Season 33 Coach: Pettigrew95 (Previous Season - Season 32: Cleveland Browns (11-5)
Season 32 Team Result: 12-4 (Coach Uccbrett)

Coach Pettigrew has decided to move to the NFC this season, after falling short in the AFC last season with the Cleveland Browns. He was extremely close to getting to the big game, but lost to IGSW's Ravens in the AFC title game. The move to the NFC has its perks, especially being in a division with two rookies with two very bad teams. That doesn't always make things easier, but Pettigrew should have some success here in Carolina. He likes those mobile QB's and Cam Newton can run over a linebacker or throw the ball 90 yards down field to a WR.

New Orleans Saints
Season 33 Coach: Pauly2110 (Previous Season - Season 32: New Orleans Saints (9-7)
Season 32 Team Result: 9-7 (Coach Pauly2110)

Pauly is entering his third trimester with the Saints in Madden '15. We're surprised that he's come back again to the Saints, I think part of it has to do with Leet leaving Tampa Bay for Denver. Or the result of last season has left a bad taste in Pauly's mouth, as he went 9-7 and missed the playoffs after making it to the Super Bowl in Season 31. Pauly is a hall of famer, and he will have his x's and o's ready for Pettigrew and the Panthers. I believe the Saints will bounce back and Pauly will be right back where he belongs when all is said and done.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers
Season 33 Coach: Cgn2015 *Rookie*
Season 32 Team Result: 12-4 (Coach LeetPenith)

Coach Leet had a very successful two seasons here in Tampa before bolting to Denver, so rookie Cgn2015 has alot to live up to in his first season here in the MOF. Like we've said before, rookies need to earn their respect in this league before we start predicting them to win games. With a poor team, things will be hard in this division. You have Pettigrew who has the best winning percentage in league history, and then you have Pauly who has been a staple in the league for a long time. It's up to you to seal your fate this season, let's see what you can do.

FINAL ANALYSIS: NFC SOUTH
Two rookies, 1 hall of famer and 1 future hall of famer. It's an interesting division. The Saints and Panthers will be the two teams battling for the division, no doubt in my mind. Both teams will make the playoffs, because i think they will feed on the two rookies and their poor teams. I mean you never know though, these two rookies could be very good and i could be very very wrong.

NFC WEST
Los Angeles Rams
Season 33 Coach: illmatic_717 *Rookie*
Season 32 Team Result: 5-11 (Coach Kckeith57)

The MOF's 4th rookie of Season 33 is illmatic, obviously a Nas fan, so he's okay with me already. However, he has a team that is in a division with alot of tough teams. I think he could upset some guys, but the motto is always show us what you got rookie. The Rams had a 5-11 season 31 under Kckeith, so expectations will not be that high in Los Angeles, that's right, the MOF is going 1980's so they are the LA Rams this season. The question will be, who will start at QB? Tre Mason has talent to control the run game, and that defense is actually pretty good.

Phoenix Cardinals
Season 33 Coach: Beast10790 (Previous Season - Season 32: Buffalo Bills (12-4)
Season 32 Team Result: 4-12 (Coach Hovadagod_23)

Um what? Beast has decided to leave Buffalo and head to the desert. He has taken the Arizona challenge and drafted the Cardinals. There's no doubt that the Cardinals have a very good defense, but their offense has little to be desired. Beast is known to always get the most out of less, but this might be a little out of his league. However, Beast is still the king of this division on paper. He finished 12-4 last season, lost in the divisional round of the playoffs, but he knows what it takes to win a division, and knows what it takes to get to the big dance.

San Francisco 49ers
Season 33 Coach: Trevpap (Previous Season - Season 32: Philadelphia Eagles (2-14)
Season 32 Team Result: 4-12 (Coach Latinyank77478)

Trev has had a pretty poor edition of Madden '15. Last season he had the league's worst record, and will be receiving his 2nd toilet trophy in the last 3 seasons. The only real success he has is with the 49ers. Season 31 he went (10-6) with the 49ers, and just missed out on the playoffs. The return should excite him and his chances on returning to prominence. But what Trev will show up? Toilet Trev? Or 10-6 Trev? We will have to wait and see, but as the teams in this division get better, Colin Kaepernick's ratings get worse.

Seattle Seahawks
Season 33 Coach: Latinyank77478 (Previous Season - Season 32: San Francisco 49ers (4-12)
Season 32 Team Result: 14-2 (Coach BigDre245)

Latinyank's 2nd season in a row in the NFC West and away from the New York Jets. Very odd sight to see indeed. Last season he selected the 49ers over the Seahawks, and it was a giant mistake. He wound up finishing 4-12 with the 49ers as he saw Kaepernick's accuracy go from Dan Marino to Stevie Wonder. This season he made the right choice in picking the Seattle Seahawks. The best overall team in the game in my opinion. It will be hard to lose games. However, he is in a division with his arch nemesis Beast. Should be very interesting.

FINAL ANALYSIS: NFC WEST
I believe it will be a two team race between Seattle and Phoenix. Seattle by default, because even my 11 year old sister can win 6 games with these guys. I think the Cardinals hold the advantage, just because Beast believes the Cardinals and Bills are very similar so we'll have to see. The 49ers are a special case, we'll see what happens, and the Rams will be that unknown rookie value.
